Working as a town planning coordinator and project manager in China before emigrating, Peter now has over 16 years’ real estate and property development experience in Australia. He as developed five apartment and townhouse projects collectively valued at over $100 million. Peter has a passion for providing expert advice and solutions to overcome any obstacle, with a focus on community. He’s dedicated to creating a platform for property development through his consultancy, marketing, construction, and financial services.

With extensive property experience in both Australia and China, Director Lynn Cheung has a broad understanding of development, construction, project management, site selection & acquisition and development feasibility.

Alex started his property investment and development journey since 2007, His family invested the hotel development in Anna Bay, NSW.

After 15 years of his learning and development in the property industry. He grows the business to land subdivision, townhouse development, residential Agedcare & 55+ retirement independent living developments. Alex delivered combine value of $200mil plus worth of property.

With experience, he draws on his strong academic and practical understanding of the industry to ensure a smooth process for all stakeholders, from land acquisition to finance, design processing, builder tendering, construction, buyer transaction and end customer enjoyment of the properties.

Studying a double degree in Visual Art and Digital Design in 2009, before being invited to become General Manager at a migration agency, Charlie Gu went on to establish his own highly successful agency, gaining valuable insight into the real estate industry. With a genuine desire to help Chinese families with their migration needs, Charlie is dedicated and committed to each case. Charlie has an excellent understanding of government policies, market trends, economic development and has been on full display as he spearheads the BriStar Group’s migration and education services. He is passionate about helping new migrates to establish themselves in Australia and he assists the local Chinese community to grow their capital through property investment.

Terrance has numerous certifications across Occupational Health and Safety & Manufacturing Engineering. Terrance has worked on many of BriStar’s projects with a special focus on building measurements and construction costs. Terrance has previously been employed as a Workplace Health and Safety Supervisor and Executive in Singapore.

As a highly motivated individual who is driven to succeed, Leo has a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goal. Leo is dedicated to delivering his clients with sound advice so they can make informed decisions about buying, selling or building wealth through the real estate market. Although Leo rarely finds time away from his busy schedule, he enjoys spending time with his family, golf and the occasional sip of wine with friends.

Shane has obtained a PhD in Engineering. Over the years, Shane has gained work in manufacturing and research & development in China as well as quality control and international trade in Australia. Shane has eight years of experience in property rental, property sales and property management.

Zhihua is the Asian Pacific Regional Manager of Bristar Property. He has a wealth of knowledge in real estate investment, property development and direct Sales. He aim is to build long-term relationships with the people he works with, growing their trust and being a dedicated and knowledgeable manager.

Before working in Property Management for Bristar, Shuli worked as a travel agent in Beijing as well as a sales representative in Sydney. Shuli works hard to establish the best property management team in Brisbane.

With his architecture background, Chris always introduces a project to his clients with a unique perspective. His aim is to build long-term relationships with the people he works with, growing their trust and being a dedicated and knowledgeable sales agent.

Joe has been with BriStar since 2015. In this time, he has demonstrated his professionalism in the real estate industry through his reliability, knowledge and great communication and listening skills. Joe manages to always keep ahead in the industry by continuing to learn and adapt in the ever-changing environment of real estate.

Yun Lin is BriStar’s chief migration consultant. She is a registered migration agent obtaining a Bachelor of Law from Griffith University and a Master of Social Work from University of Queensland. Yun Lin has worked for the world’s largest ocean freight and shipping corporation managing Australia’s performance and strategic development. Since graduating from Griffith University, Yun Lin has since obtained a full license with MARA ad a registered migration agent. She is skilled in providing services for obtaining different kinds of Australian visas, especially in the business investment category. Yun Lin holds an excellent reputation and has maintained great relationships with all state migration offices in Australia. She has assisted a number of Chinese business migrants in obtaining the documents that they need and has ensured that the transition to Australia is smooth and efficient.

Tom Wang is BriStar’s business investment and financial consultant. Tom has a bachelor in Commerce and a Master of Commerce from University of Queensland. He is a chartered accountant of CA ANZ, senior tax consultant. Tom is skilled in providing business consulting, business project screening & planning, investment project analysis and audit, financial measures implementation and asset management & monitoring. He has managed more than 40 small-mid size super funds over 4 years aggregating more than 40 million AUD in investment. Tom is a valuable asset for BriStar.

Wei Fang has been working in the Migration and Education industry since 2009. Ye Hong has outstanding core qualifications in all major areas required as a Registered Migration Agent. She always works to a standard that maintains BriStar’s high profile and market reputation. Ye Hong has a Master Degree of Commerce, a Bachelor Degree of English Literature and is also a Justice of Peace.

With both civil and structure knowledge, Kai will be able to come out with a better solution for our clients with consideration of both civil and structure while designing. On par with the world’s improvement of technology, Kai is well-trained to convert the solution from a paper into a detailed AutoCAD drawing. This is critical to ensure accurate details are provided and the successful of work commencement. Because Kai spends a fair amount of time with clients to discuss about ideas, he works hard in maintaining excellent relationship with clients and stakeholders.
