Reconfiguration of the 10,117 m² site into 11 lots is proposed. This subdivision configuration has been finalised regarding the existing site characteristics, services and environmental features and the surrounding residential development.

The configuration adopts a mix of standard residential lots ranging from 450 m² to 634 m², with the proposed lot 1, being created in stage 1, maintaining an area of 3,192 m². The proposal maintains lot areas and frontages which are consistent with the established and emerging character of the surrounding neighbourhood.
