The $25,000 Home Builder Grant

The $25,000 Home Builder Grant is available for new residential constructions and renovations by owner occupiers, not just first home buyers. You can now apply for the Home Builder Grant online via your relevant state revenue office. To find out if you are eligible, visit:

The First Home Owner Grant
